Wedge Mount

The wedge mount method is a simple mechanical device to hold a vibrator in a temporary position while allowing complete transmission of the vibrating force. The female socket is welded to the hopper wall and the male wedge is inserted. The angle is designed to allow easy release while maintaining full mechanical strength. Vibrator carry plates are sized to suit the vibrator. Can be used with all types of vibrators.

Wedge Mount
Use where only occasional vibration is needed or where containers run between fixed load and discharge points. Use at load point to densify the product and get more in the container and use at the discharge to empty.
